Memory Cafe is a relaxed, welcoming group for people living with dementia or memory loss and support for their families and carers. We offer time to sit together, chat and enjoy a cup of tea and some cake. We often have a themed activity, gentle seated exercises, and a couple of songs. No need to book.
Drop in for some friendly conversation.
