Lymm Business Centre

Set up as a social enterprise and overseen by the charity, Lymm Sanctuary Hub, Lymm Business Centre is a new facility in the heart of Lymm village created to serve local businesses and community organisations.

The centre offers affordable hotdesking; co-working office space; a meeting/training room, event space ideal for small events, workshops, team meetings, club and group activities; and flexible support services for small businesses and individuals. We also work with our regular space users to promote the events and activities that are run from our site.

Revenue generated from the centre funds the community services delivered by Lymm Sanctuary Hub and further local partners; it support the future of Lymm Library by way of its tenancy at Lymm Library; and it supports the local economy via it's partnerships and projects.

The centre is located in the annexe building of Lymm Library, South Warrington. Just 5 minutes from the M6/M56 intersection and situated beside a large public car park, the site also has CCTV covering all spaces and a secure code entry system for recurring users. The centre offers an excellent and cost-effective location for meetings, events, training courses, workshops, and casual as well as ongoing desk, room and office rental on flexible terms.
