Lymm Sanctuary Hub and Business Centre

A purpose-led business and community resource for local people

The Hub was founded in 2019 by a team of volunteers to provide support to local people, businesses and organisations. The Hub delivers community led projects, and also includes the trading subsidiaries Lymm Business Centre Ltd (LBC) and the Sanctuary Café Lymm CIC. Any surplus profits from LBC and the Cafe are passed to Lymm Sanctuary Hub. Lymm Hub is located at Lymm Library.

What we offer

Community Services

Our purpose is to provide services and support aimed at building a resilient community. We support the mental and physical wellbeing of individuals, families and organisations in Lymm, High Legh, Thelwall and Warburton.

Business Services

The Centre offers affordable, flexible serviced office spaces, event and meeting rooms, hotdesking and business support services including printing, mail handling and phone lines. Services support local businesses and home workers.

About the Hub

The back-story to Lymm Sanctuary Hub and Business Centre is a complex one and it has taken considerable investment of time and energy to bring the project to fruition.

Our reason for being is to re-purpose the empty space in the Library Annexe into a meaningful business and community resource that serves local people and organisations.

Revenue is generated from its trading subsidiaries as well as funding and grants. Funds are invested in the local community via numerous support projects and services it runs or part, and their tenancy at Lymm Library assists to secure their financial stability.

The Lymm Sanctuary Hub Limited (LSH for short) is registered with the Charities Commission (number 1181812) and Companies House (number 08441190).   

Lymm Business Centre Limited (LBC for short) is registered with Companies House (number 11480852).
